This policy is in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Content on Dismint
Dismint is a Discord server discovery and listing platform. All server listings, descriptions, and related content are submitted by third-party users or server owners. Dismint does not create, own, or actively monitor the content inside third-party Discord servers.
If you believe that any content listed on Dismint infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request as described below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted material has been used or displayed on Dismint in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice.
Your DMCA notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including sufficient information to locate it on Dismint (such as the listing URL or server name)
- Your contact information, including your name, email address, and physical address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may not be processed.

Action Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Dismint may take one or more of the following actions:
- Review the claim for validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content submitter of the takedown
- Maintain records of the request for legal compliance
Dismint reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if it is deemed to violate copyright laws or platform policies.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and email address
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or the United States if outside the U.S.)

Repeat Infringer Policy
Dismint may terminate access or permanently remove submissions from users or server owners who are found to be repeat infringers. This is done to protect copyright holders and maintain platform integrity.
